Yoshiaki Oiwa is an equestrian who has competed for Japan. He competed at the 2008, 2012, 2016, 2020, and 2024 Summer Olympic Games.

He is married to Rio de Janeiro 2016 jumping rider Reiko Takeda. His uncle Hiroshi Ishii won a silver medal as a member of the Japanese men's team in the 4x200 m freestyle relay at Rome 1960.
