Viktor Petrenko is a Ukrainian figure skater who competed at the 1988, 1992 and 1994 Olympic Games. Petrenko represented three different entities during his Olympic career due to the break up of the Soviet Union. Petrenko served as Ukraine's flag bearer at the 1994 Olympics.
