Valeri Lozik is a swimmer who has competed for the Soviet Union. He competed at the 1988 Summer Olympic Games.
Lozik was one of the top male Soviet breaststrokers with Dmitri Volkov through the late 1980s. He entered the final as the fourth-fastest swimmer from the heats in the 200 metres breaststroke. He started the race with a solid lead at the initial half until József Szabó performed a "wave-action" breaststroke technique to surpass him and the rest of the field for the gold, with Lozik slipping off the podium to fifth. He also swam through the breaststroke leg in the heats of the 4x100 metres medley relay before Volkov replaced him on Soviet men's team that snared a bronze medal in the final.
