Valarie Allman is a track and field athlete who has competed for the United States. She competed at the 2020 and 2024 Summer Olympic Games. She became the third woman to successfully defend her Olympic title in the discus throw, following Evelin Jahl in 1980 and Sandra Elkasević in 2016.
