The United Team of Germany was a team consisting of athletes from East Germany and West Germany, which first participated at the Olympic Games of 1956. Their last appearance was at the Olympic Games of 1964. In 1956, the team also included athletes who would later represent Saar.
In the six editions of the Olympic Games, the United Team of Germany has earned over 100 medals at the Summer Olympic Games, and just under 20 medals at the Winter Olympic Games.
The United Team of Germany did not have a separate Olympic committee but consisted of the national Olympic committees of East Germany, West Germany, and Saar.
