Tural Abbasov is a swimmer who has competed for Azerbaijan. He competed at the 2008 Summer Olympic Games.
He was the only Azerbaijani athlete to compete in the swimming competition in Beijing, competing in the fourth of twelve heats of the shortest distance of the freestyle competition. With a personal record of 26.31, he finished fourth in his heat, 0.86 behind Stewart Glenister and 4.13 seconds behind the last qualifier of the semifinals, as 78th overall.
