Track Cycling is the biggest discipline of the Cycling program, covering twelve events at the 2020 Summer Olympics. Despite being the oldest discipline, as well as Road Cycling, women were only allowed to compete at the 1988 Summer Olympics. This is the only discipline of the Cycling program that is being held in a stadium.
