Tracey McFarlane is a swimmer who has competed for the United States. She competed at the 1988 Summer Olympic Games.
McFarlane swam through the breaststroke leg to deliver the American team of Beth Barr, Janel Jorgensen, and Mary Wayte a runner-up spot in the 4x100 metres medley relay. On the individual side, she improved her own lifetime best from the heats to clear the 1:10 barrier and set a new American record for the sixth spot in the 100 metres breaststroke. She also landed on the same position but fourteenth overall in the B-finals of the 200.
