Tara Kirk is a swimmer who has competed for the United States. She competed at the 2004 Summer Olympic Games. She swam through the breaststroke leg in the heats of the 4x100 metres medley relay before Amanda Beard replaced her on the U.S. women's team that scored a silver in the final round. On the individual side, she slipped off the podium to sixth in the finals of the 100 metres breaststroke.
She is the older sister of Athens 2004 swimmer Dana Kirk.
