Tamilla Abassova is a cyclist who has competed for Russia. She competed at the 2004 Summer Olympic Games.

She was one of two Russian athletes to compete in the women's track cycling sprint and time trial competitions in 2004, as the only nation with more than one representative in both disciplines, and she was one of the youngest competitors in those entry fields, behind Anna Meares and Simona Krupeckaite. On her Olympic debut in the time trial, she did not start off well with a time just under 20 seconds halfway, losing two-tenths of a second on Katrin Meinke on eleventh place. In the final half, she made up some grounds, but was not able to catch up to the German, finishing on twelfth place and a second shy of the podium. In the qualification for the sprint event a few days later, she raced to the shared second-fastest time with Natallia Tsylinskaya, though was ranked third after a mere coin toss to race against Victoria Pendleton in the first head-to-head round. In this heat, Abassova clocked the fastest time of all cyclists and comfortably defeated the British cyclists to set up a meeting with the sixth-fastest in the qualification Simona Krupeckaite, who defeated Svetlana Grankovskaya, the other Russian cyclist in the event. This race was much closer than her first round, even though Abbasova won the first race, she had to let the win of the second go to the Lithuanian. In the deciding race, she once again got the edge to advance to the semifinals, this time against her compatriot Grankovskaya, who remained in the competition through the repechages. The three-time world champion in the event won the first race but Abassova came back from behind to advance to the race for gold, in which she competed against Lori-Ann Muenzer. Abassova was not able to hold her own against the bronze medalist of the most recent world champions, leaving the win in both deciding races to the Canadian to grab silver for Russia.
