Sven Lodziewski is a swimmer who has competed for East Germany. He competed at the 1988 Summer Olympic Games. He was also selected to swim for the East German team at Los Angeles 1984, but the Eastern Bloc boycott denied him the opportunity to participate.
Lodziewski helped the East German team of Thomas Flemming, Uwe Daßler, and Steffen Zesner secure a runner-up spot in the 4x200 metres freestyle relay. On the individual side, he landed on the twelfth spot in the B-final of the 100 metres freestyle, trailing the winner Tom Stachewicz by 0.29 of a second.
