Sue Bird is a basketball player who has competed for the United States. She competed at the 2004, 2008, 2012, 2016, and 2020 Summer Olympic Games. She and Diana Taurasi became the most successful basketball players at the Olympic Games after winning their fifth gold medal in 2020. She was also selected to carry the American flag during the Tokyo 2020 opening ceremony with Eddy Alvarez.
She is in a relationship with American football player Megan Rapinoe.
