Simone Osygus is a swimmer who has competed for Germany. She competed at the 1992 and 1996 Summer Olympic Games.

At her Olympic debut in 1992, Osygus and her teammates Franziska van Almsick, Daniela Hunger, and Manuela Stellmach edged out the Unified Team at the final stretch to snare the bronze in the 4x100 metres freestyle relay.

Four years later in Atlanta, she managed to repeat the third place feat from Barcelona in the same relay race with van Almsick, Sandra Völker, and Antje Buschschulte. She also received a silver each in the 4x100 metres medley relay (1992) and in the 4x200 metres freestyle relay (1996), though she swam only in the heats.
