The men's skeet of Shooting 2020 during the 2020 Summer Olympics was held on 25-26 July 2021 in the Asaka Shooting Range. With 30 athletes competing, the event was won by Vincent Hancock from United States, with Jesper Hansen from Denmark taking the silver medal and Abdullah Alrashidi from Kuwait taking bronze.
Format[]
The competition exists out of two separate rounds. In the qualification, the shooters try to reach a score as high as possible, with the eight athletes with the highest scores qualifying for the second round. In the second round, the athletes compete with the shooter with the lowest score being eliminated. The last competitor standing wins the event.

Thirty athletes qualified for the event with quite a few big names for the title. Vincent Hancock was the 2018 world champion and the 2008 and 2012 Olympic champion and seemed to be the one to look out for, though the world champion of 2017 Jakub Tomecek, the leader of the world rankings Jesper Hansen, and the silver medalist of the most recent world championships Tammaro Cassandro also vied for the top spot on the podium. Stefan Nilsson, Federico Gil, and Azmy Mehelba also proved strong throughout the season, with defending champion Gabriele Rossetti also among the outsiders for the medals.
