Scott Hamilton is an American figure skater who competed at the 1980 and 1984 Olympic Games. Hamilton was the opening ceremony flag bearer in 1980. Hamilton retired from competitive skating in 1984. Hamilton has served as a commentator for NBC for many Olympic Games since his retirement.
