Sayed Abaza was a football player who competed for Egypt. He competed at the 1920, 1924, and 1928 Summer Olympic Games. He died on an unspecified date. During the 1920 Olympic Games, although Egypt lost in the first round, they played a consolation match against Yugoslavia, in which Abaza scored twice. Although, it's not known if this match is officially a part of the tournament. During the 1924 Olympic Games, he was part of the Egyptian football selection, but he didn't play during the tournament.
