Sara Isaković is a swimmer who has competed for Slovenia. She competed at the 2004, 2008, and 2012 Summer Olympic Games.

After faring poorly in 2004, Isaković returned to her second Games in Beijing four years later as one of the medal favorites in the 200 metres freestyle. There, she set a new Slovenian record time (1:54.97) to clear the 1:55-mark for a silver, trailing the winner Federica Pellegrini by 0.15 of a second. With this feat, Isaković became the first Slovenian swimmer to win an Olympic medal.

At her third Games in 2012, Isaković was expected to add another medal in the 200 metres freestyle, but she placed fourteenth during the semifinal round.
