Sara Harstick is a swimmer who has competed for Germany. She competed at the 2000 and 2004 Summer Olympic Games. She claimed a bronze as a member of the German women's team in the 4x200 metres freestyle relay at her Olympic debut in 2000. She also added her second bronze in the same relay race four years later in Athens.
