Sandra Elkasević is a track and field athlete who has competed for Croatia. She competed at the 2012, 2016, 2020, and 2024 Summer Olympic Games. She was the first discus thrower since Evelin Jahl at Moscow 1980 to successfully defend her Olympic title on the women's side. She was selected to carry the Croatian flag during the Tokyo 2020 opening ceremony with Josip Glasnović.

She is married to Athens 2004 shot putter Edis Elkasević.
