Richard Milton is a swimmer who has competed for Sweden. He competed at the 1984 and 1988 Summer Olympic Games.
At his first Olympics in 1984, Milton swam through the lead-off leg in the 4x100 metres freestyle relay heats before he witnessed his Swedish teammates Thomas Lejdström, Bengt Baron, Mikael Örn, and Per Johansson secure the podium spot with a bronze medal in the final. He also entered the same relay race four years later in Seoul but his Swedish team slipped off the podium to fifth.
