Rei Higuchi is a wrestler who has competed for Japan. He competed at the 2016 and 2024 Summer Olympic Games. He attempted to qualify for Tokyo 2020 as a member of the host nation's wrestling team but he missed the weight cut by 50 grams before the opening round of the 2021 Asian Olympic Qualifying Tournament, ruling him out of the Games.
