Rachel Komisarz is a swimmer who has competed for the United States. She competed at the 2004 Summer Olympic Games. She swam through the last leg in the heats of the women's 4x200 metres freestyle relay and saw her teammates set a new world record (7:53.42) for the gold in the final. Although she failed to enter the final of the 100 metres butterfly, she continued to swim through her pet stroke in the heats of the 4x100 metres medley relay before Jenny Thompson replaced her on the U.S. women's team that ended in a runner-up spot at the final round.
