Pirjo Aalto is a biathlete who has competed for Finland. She competed at the 1994 Winter Olympic Games. At the biathlon sprint in 1994, she was able to start early in the field, as the third athlete, but that was not really a good omen for the rest of the race. Missing three out of ten shots, she finished 61st out of 69, almost 4 minutes behind the gold medal.
She is the sister-in-law of Jorma Aalto.
