Otylia Jędrzejczak is a swimmer who has competed for Poland. She competed at the 2000, 2004, 2008, and 2012 Summer Olympic Games.

Jedrzejczak started her Olympic career as a 16-year-old in Sydney 2000. There, she landed on the fifth spot in the 200 metres butterfly with her personal best time of 2:08.48.

Athens 2004 marked the peak of Jedrzejczak's swimming career, rising her from an outsider to a top medal favorite. She claimed her first individual medal with a silver in the 100 metres butterfly, trailing the winner Petria Thomas in a close race by 0.12 of a second. She produced a late charge to beat Kaitlin Sandeno for her second silver in the 400 metres freestyle. She closed out her second Games by chasing Thomas on the final stroke of the race to hit the wall first in the 200 metres butterfly. With this feat, Jedrzejczak became the first Polish swimmer to ever win an Olympic gold medal. She also tied the record with Irena Szewinska for the most medals attained by a Polish athlete in a single Olympiad at three.

Though she continued to swim at Beijing 2008 and London 2012, Jedrzejczak's results slowly declined after she was involved in a car crash that killed her younger brother Szymon. In 2008, She narrowly missed a podium in the 200 metres butterfly by almost a full second. Four years later in London, she dropped to last of the sixteen swimmers in the semifinals of her pet race. Because of these poor results, she retired from competitive swimming.
