Oman first participated at the Olympic Games in 1984, and has sent athletes to compete in every edition of the Summer Olympic Games since then. Currently, no athlete from Oman has ever won a single Olympic medal.
The Oman Olympic Committee was established and duly recognized by the International Olympic Committee in 1982.
