Oksana Domnina is a Russian ice dancer who competed at the 2006 and 2010 Olympic Games. Dominia was partnered with Maxim Shabalin. They retired from competitive figure skating in 2010.

Domnina is married to 2006 Olympic Gold Medal Ice Dancer Roman Kostomarov and they have two children, Anastasia born on 2 January 2011 and Ilya born January 2016.
