Morten Aasen is an equestrian who has competed for Norway. He competed at the 1992 Summer Olympic Games. He would be the last Norwegian equestrian to compete in the jumping competition until Beijing 2008.
At his only Olympic appearance in Barcelona in 1992, he was the only athlete representing Norway in the equestrian jumping competition. With his horse Animo, he received 42 points and 12 penalty points in the first round, earning him a tied 43rd place. After the second round, in which he only had 4 penalty points and scored high with 72.50 points, he climbed to tied 26th place, and after an optional third round, in which he only received 46 points after 27 penalty points, he was still able to reach the top 25 in the qualification. In the first round of the final, he made 4 jumping mistakes and received 16 penalty points, with which he was not able to qualify to the final barrage. He finished 30th in the final, with only the top 15 qualifying for the second round of the final.
