Modern Pentathlon at the 1992 Summer Olympics was held from 26 to 29 July 1992 at Palau de la Metal-lúrgia for the fencing phase, Piscines Bernat Picornell for swimming, Camp de Tir Olímpic de Mollet for shooting, Circuit de Cros for cross-country running, and Real Club de Polo for the equestrian jumping.
This edition marked the last Olympics to feature the team event in modern pentathlon.
