Mitzi Kremer is a swimmer who has competed for the United States. She competed at the 1988 Summer Olympic Games.
In the 4x100 metres freestyle relay, Kremer and her teammates Dara Torres, Mary Wayte, and Laura Walker edged out the Chinese women at the final stretch to secure a podium spot with a bronze. On the individual side, she almost pipped the two-minute barrier to settle for sixth in the 200 metres freestyle and landed on the twelfth overall spot in the B-finals of the 100.
