Mitja Zastrow is a swimmer who has competed for the Netherlands. He competed at the 2004 and 2008 Summer Olympic Games. At his first Games in 2004, he helped the Dutch men's team of Johan Kenkhuis, Klaas-Erik Zwering, and Pieter van den Hoogenband set a national record time (3:14.36) for a silver in the 4x100 metres freestyle relay.
