Mildred Muis is a swimmer who has competed for the Netherlands. She competed at the 1988 and 1992 Summer Olympic Games.

Muis arrived at her first Olympics in 1988 with her twin sister Marianne as members of the Dutch swimming team. There, she helped the Dutch women of Conny van Bentum, Karin Brienesse, and Marianne secure a runner-up spot behind their East German rivals in the 4x100 metres freestyle relay. The Muis twins returned to their second Games four years later in Barcelona with Diana van der Plaats and Inge de Bruijn. She and her teammates failed to reproduce a similar outcome from Seoul in the 4x100 metres freestyle relay, slipping off the podium to fifth.
