Lidia Valentín is a weightlifter who has competed for Spain. She competed at the 2008, 2012, 2016, and 2020 Summer Olympic Games. She finished fourth in the women's 75 kg category at London 2012, but she was declared a new Olympic champion four years later when all original medalists tested positive for prohibited substances. Similar to 2008, she upgraded from fourth to the runner-up spot when the original winner and the bronze medalist were disqualified for an anti-doping violation.
