Lia Neal is a swimmer who has competed for the United States. She qualified for the U.S. swimming team at the 2012 and 2016 Summer Olympic Games. She won a bronze medal as a member of the women's 4x100 metres freestyle relay team at her first Olympics in 2012 and added a silver in the same relay race four years later in Rio de Janeiro. Neal also became the second African-American female swimmer to earn a medal but the first woman to swim in an Olympic final.
