Laura Smulders is a cyclist who has competed for the Netherlands. She competed at the 2012, 2016, 2020, and 2024 Summer Olympic Games. She became the first Dutch cyclist to ever win an Olympic medal in BMX when she claimed a bronze in the women's race at London 2012.

She is the older sister of BMX rider and Tokyo 2020 bronze medalist Merel Smulders.
