Laura Asadauskaitė is a modern pentathlete who has competed for Lithuania. She competed at the 2008, 2012, 2016, 2020, and 2024 Summer Olympic Games. She is the first female modern pentathlete to ever participate in five straight editions of the Olympic Games.

She is married to four-time Olympic modern pentathlete and Beijing 2008 bronze medalist Andrejus Zadneprovskis.
