Konstantine Petrov is a swimmer who has competed for the Soviet Union. He competed at the 1988 Summer Olympic Games. He swam through the butterfly leg in the heats of the 4x100 metres medley relay before Vadim Iarouchtchouk replaced him on Soviet men's team that snared a bronze in the final. On the individual side, he failed to reach the finals of the 100 metres butterfly, placing twenty-third overall.
