Klete Keller is a swimmer who has competed for the United States. He competed at the 2000, 2004, and 2008 Summer Olympic Games.
Keller claimed his first medal with a bronze in the men's 400 metres freestyle at his first Olympics in 2000 and managed to repeat his feat four years later in Athens, trailing the two-time champion Ian Thorpe. In the 4x200 metres freestyle relay, he edged out Thorpe on the last leg to deliver the Americans a gold medal and an American record time (7:07.33) by 0.13 of a second. He also contributed to the U.S. team's title defense in the same race at Beijing 2008 by swimming through the same leg from Athens in the heats. Shortly after his third Games, Keller retired from competitive swimming to focus on his business venture in sales and finance.
He is the older brother of Athens 2004 swimmer Kalyn Keller.
