Kim Min-seok is a speed skater who has competed for South Korea. He competed at the 2018 and 2022 Winter Olympic Games. He was the first Asian speed skater to win a medal at the 1500 metres. He won the gold medal in the 1500 metres and the mass start at the Youth Olympic Games in 2016.
