Katrine Aalerud is a cyclist who has competed for Norway. She competed at the 2020 Summer Olympic Games.
She was one of six Norwegian cyclists to compete in the postponed Olympic Games of 2020, and she competed in the road race and the time trial. She competed with Stine Borgli in the road race, and raced in the peloton for the large part of the race. When the Dutch team accelerated to catch the breakaway with around 55 kilometres to go, she was one of the many cyclists to be dropped, and she finished on 37th place, a few seconds behind a group of five, and seven minutes behind the gold medalist. In the time trial a few days later, she started as the eighth cyclist, but couldn't impress with the sixth provisional time at the finish. She ended the event just inside the top 20, over 4 minutes behind her team mate throughout the regular season Annemiek van Vleuten.
