Kaillie Humphries is a bobsledder who has competed for Canada and the United States. She competed at the 2010, 2014, 2018, and 2022 Winter Olympic Games. She was one of the Canadian flag bearers during the closing ceremony of Sochi 2014, together with her bobsleigh partner Heather Moyse, after they were the first female bobsledders to defend and Olympic title. She started competing for the United States at the Olympic Games in 2022.

She is married to bobsledder Tom Humphries, who competed at Torino 2006.
