Johan Aantjes is a water polo player who has competed for the Netherlands. He competed at the 1984 Summer Olympic Games. He later became the head coach of the Dutch water polo team, competing in Sydney in 2000.
The Dutch team won its first two matches of the water polo tournament in 1984 against China and Canada. Despite losing against one of the big favorites Yugoslavia, the team qualified for the final group round. After four more losses, the Netherlands finished last in the final group, and sixth in the final rankings. Aantjes was not able to score, as one of the three field players in the team, together with Aad van Mil and Roald van Noort.
