Jessicah Schipper is a swimmer who has competed for Australia. She competed at the 2004, 2008, and 2012 Summer Olympic Games.
Schipper started her Olympic career in Athens 2004. There, she swam through the butterfly leg in the heats of the 4x100 metres medley relay before Petria Thomas replaced her on the Australian women's team that set a new world record (3:57.32) for the gold in the final round. On the individual side, she missed the podium by a third of a second (0.33) with a fourth place time (58.22) in the 100 metres butterfly.
Four years later in Beijing, Schipper enjoyed taking a bronze in her pet race as she and the winner Lisbeth Trickett handed a medal haul for the Australians with a 1–3 finish. She also added another bronze in the 200 outside the record time (2:06.26), trailing the Chinese duo of Liu Zige and Jiao Liuyang by more than a full second. She helped the Australian women's team of Trickett, Emily Seebohm, and Leisel Jones lower their own world record (3:52.69) to defend the title in the 4x100 metres medley relay.
Schipper has continued to swim for the Australian team at her third Games in 2012, but her results in the butterfly double soon faltered, as she failed to advance from the heats in the 100 and landed on the thirteenth spot in the semifinals of the 200.
