Jesús Iory Aballí has competed for Cuba

Jesús Iory Aballí is a diver who has competed for Cuba. He competed at the 2000 Summer Olympic Games.

As the oldest member of the Cuban diving team, he competed as one of two Cuban athletes in the men's platform competition at the 2000 Olympic Games, together with Jose Antonio Guerra. With 18 athletes advancing to the semifinal, his first dive with a score of 66.60 landed him on a provisional 18th place. However, after his second dive, with a lower difficulty score and a total score of only 44.55, he was thrown back to far inside the elimination zone on 31st place. With his next two dives, scored 77.22 and 75.33 around 10th place each, he was back in contention for a place in the next round, ranked 15th after four of six dives. However, his last two scores of 54.72 and 49.92 only ranked around 30th place each and he missed the semifinal by four places and 18 points.
