Jazmine Fenlator-Victorian is a bobsledder who has competed for the United States and Jamaica.
She competed at the 2014, 2018, and 2022 Winter Olympic Games. Although she represented the United States in the bobsleigh event of Sochi 2014 with Lolo Jones, she switched her allegiance to Jamaica in 2015. Together with Carrie Russell, she was part of the first Jamaican women's team to represent the country in bobsleigh. She was chosen to be the Jamaican flag bearer during the opening ceremony of Beijing 2022 with Benjamin Alexander.
