Javier Gómez is a triathlete who has competed for Spain.
He competed at the 2008, 2012, and 2020 Summer Olympic Games. He became the first Spanish athlete to win an Olympic medal in triathlon when he claimed a silver in the men's event at London 2012. He also attempted to qualify for Rio de Janeiro 2016 but he withdrew from the selection due to an arm fracture in his pre-race training.
