Ismael Marcelo Hernández Uscanga is a modern pentathlete who has competed for Mexico. He competed at the 2016 Summer Olympic Games. He became the first Mexican athlete to ever win an Olympic medal in modern pentathlon when he claimed a bronze in the men's event.

He is the older brother of modern pentathlete Emiliano Hernández.
