Hugues Duboscq is a swimmer who has competed for France. He competed at the 2000, 2004, and 2008 Summer Olympic Games.

Duboscq started his Olympic career in Sydney 2000, but he placed last of the sixteen swimmers in the semifinals of the 100 metres breaststroke. Four years later in Athens, he edged out Mark Gangloff near the wall to snatch a bronze with his personal best time (1:00.88) in the same race.

In 2008, he cleared a minute barrier to repeat his bronze from Athens in the 100 metres breaststroke, beating Brendan Hansen through the final lap by two tenths of a second (0.2). He closed out his Olympic career by adding a second bronze and third overall in the 200 with a French record time of 2:08.94.
