Huang Xiaomin is a swimmer who has competed for China. She competed at the 1988 Summer Olympic Games. She became the second Chinese woman after Zhuang Yong to win an Olympic medal in swimming, when she claimed a silver with an Asian record time in the 200 metres breaststroke.
