Hoi Shun Stephanie Au is a swimmer who has competed for Hong Kong. She competed at the 2008, 2012, 2016, 2020, and 2024 Summer Olympic Games. She became the first Asian swimmer to ever participate in five editions of the Olympic Games. She was also selected to carry the flag for Hong Kong during the Rio de Janeiro 2016 opening ceremony.
