Hiroshi Kajiyama is a gymnast who has competed for Japan. He competed at the 1976 Summer Olympic Games.
One of the country's potential medal prospects, Kajiyama entered the all-around final with the third-highest cumulative score among the Japanese men, but he landed on the fifth overall spot and missed the medal by more than a tenth of a point behind his teammate Mitsuo Tsukahara. He assisted the Japanese men to successfully defend their team all-around title for the fifth consecutive time on the rear of his dominant vault and parallel bars routine. He also claimed a bronze behind Tsukahara on the vault, handing the entire medal haul for the Japanese gymnasts with a 2–3 finish. He received the third highest score on the parallel bars, but he was ineligible to enter the final because of the two-per-country limitation rule.
